IRIS white blend (Chardonnay, Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc)

IRIS white is a combination of the three classic white varieties from France: the Loire King – Sauvignon Blanc, the Burgundy Chardonnay and the Rhône – Viognier. This explosive and fresh combination comes from a selection of our finest clones of hand-collected grapes. The varieties are vinified individually, with minimal interference during the winemaking process in order to preserve their characteristics. Without oak, we leave them several months for bottle ageing to allow the three royal varieties to be acquainted and unite thus obtaining this complex, fresh and fruity wine. With aromas of citrus, white, green and tropical fruits, the wine is ideal with appetizers and as an accompaniment to fine dining.
