Fermented Chardonnay Barrel is the result of experimentation with Chardonnay and a response to the search for a new style of white wine. The Chardonnay variety is world-famous for its Burgundian wines, which are characterized by oak notes. In order not to deviate from our philosophy and to preserve maximum freshness, our hand-selected Chardonnay is allowed to ferment briefly in barrel. For this reason, citrus and tropical fruit aromas dominate, complemented by elegant notes of coconut, vanilla and caramel. This elegant and complex wine is ideal both for appetizers and in combination with vegetarian and refined seafood and cheese dishes.

IRIS white is a combination of the three classic white varieties from France: King of the Loire – Sauvignon Blanc, Burgundy Chardonnay and Rhone – Viognier. This explosive and fresh combination comes from a selection of our best clones of hand-harvested grapes. The varieties are vinified individually, with minimal intervention in the winemaking process to preserve their characteristics. Without oak, we leave them to age in the bottle for several months so that the three royal varieties can get to know each other and unite to obtain this complex, fresh and fruity wine. With aromas of citrus, white, green and tropical fruits, the wine is ideal for appetizers and as a side dish to refined dishes.
